Grow Well Volunteer Mentor Application​

Thank you for your interest in becoming a mentor! The Grow Well Mentorship Program is powered by the belief that every youth and family matters. We are excited to partner with passionate adults who are ready to build relationships that help youth recognize their value, genius, and potential.

This program is specifically designed to empower youth by helping them discover, develop, and act on their unique genius—defined as the ability to solve problems creatively and passionately. Volunteers play a vital role in creating safe, affirming spaces where young people can recognize their gifts, set meaningful goals, and collaborate with others to create positive change in their communities. Through evidence-based approaches to engaging with youth this program will help them build confidence, self-awareness, advocacy, and leadership skills.
